This premium package includes professional makeup for the bride and two VIPs, with a 2-hour session dedicated to the bride and up to 1-hour sessions for each VIP.

Half-Day Wedding Day Service

STARTING AT

$2450

Bride + 2 VIPs | 1-Hour Touch-Up 
This minimum package includes professional makeup for the bride and two VIPs. The bride receives a 2-hour personalized makeup session, while each VIP is allotted a 1-hour session. Additionally, this package includes 1 extra hour for touch-ups at the getting-ready location, ensuring every detail of your look is perfected before Ann departs for the day.

  • Onsite Bridal Event Makeup: $850 per event
  • In-Studio Bridal Event Makeup (Soho Studio): $550
  • Additional Bridal Party Members: $450 per person
  • Additional Touch-Up Hours: $350 per hour
  • After 11 hours: $500 per hour
  • Last Minute Add on & After 15 hours: $1000 per hour

Trial Pricing:
  • For Booking Clients: Bridal trial session at $450 (does not apply towards the final booking).
  • For Non-Booking Clients: Trial session at $950. If booked afterward, a $500 credit will be applied towards the final booking.

Client Responsibilities:
To ensure a seamless experience, please note that the client is responsible for the following:
  1. Travel Time Fee: $100 per hour per artist, calculated from Zipcode 11215.
  2. Travel Expenses: The client is responsible for covering all travel-related expenses, including Uber, train, airfare, and any applicable transportation costs.
  3. Hotel Accommodations: The client must provide and cover the cost of a hotel room for the night before the appointment if:
  • The call time is before 7:45 a.m.
  • The location requires travel of more than 1.5 hours.
  • The client books an event on the day prior to the wedding. 
      4. Per Diem: A per diem of $100 per artist will be added for overnight stays, weekend bookings, or full-day bookings where no food is provided           by the client. This fee covers additional expenses such as meals and beverages during the appointment.
      5. Early Call time is $300 per artist for any call time before 7.45 am

We’ll connect for an initial consultation where I’ll learn about your vision, wedding details, and beauty needs. Based on this, I’ll provide a personalized quote and answer any questions you may have.

Relax with me on your wedding day

To reserve your wedding day, you’ll secure your date with a retainer. You can book your trial session either before or after confirming your booking—it’s entirely up to you! The trial allows us to refine your perfect look ahead of time.

In the final step, I’ll work closely with you and your vendors to create a seamless timeline, address any beauty concerns, and finalize your perfect look. On your wedding day, you can relax knowing everything is handled. You’ll feel confident, stress-free, and look like the most elevated, beautiful version of yourself—ready to shine in every moment.

Process and how I work with you

Yes! We work with top-tier wedding professionals and can provide a list of trusted vendors tailored to your vision.

Do You Have Preferred Vendors You Work With?

Yes! A trial ensures you’re confident in your makeup look. However, trials don’t hold your wedding date. To secure your date, sign the contract and pay the retainer promptly.


Can I Schedule a Trial Before Signing the Contract?

A retainer fee is a non-refundable deposit required to secure your date. The fee ranges from $1,000 to $2,000 or 40% of the total cost and is applied toward your final invoice. Payments are made via Zelle to [email protected].


What Is a Retainer Fee, and How Much Is It?

Email All Brides New York with your request. Once availability is confirmed, you’ll receive a proposal and contract. Your date is secured after the contract is signed and the retainer is paid.

How Do I Book My Wedding Day Services?

Makeup starts before the “Makeup Ready” or “Getting Ready Photos” moment, ensuring a seamless timeline for your photos and ceremony. We coordinate with your planner and photographer to create a smooth schedule.

When Does Makeup Start on the Wedding Day?

The first 4 hours are for makeup application—2 hours for the bride and 1 hour for each VIP. The remaining 5 hours are for touch-ups, ensuring your makeup stays flawless through key moments like the ceremony, photos, and reception.
